on Friday, September 25th and raised £731.20 for the cancer charity.

The Great Baddow Community Centre are hosting a Beer Festival this Bank Holiday weekend. On offer are numerous real ales and ciders, hot and cold food and live entertainment. All welcome.

The Beehive Pub Closes Down

The Beehive Pub at the junction of Baddow Road and Beehive Lane has been closed down. The windows and doors of the building have been boarded up and the car park blocked.
Developers proposed to demolish the pub and replace the area with shops and housing.

Ponds To Be Cleared In Baddow Rec

Work will take place to clean the ponds in Noakes Place this month. The work is expected to last 6 weeks until the end of April.
Leaf litter and organic matter will be removed in order to increase the water holding capacity and repairs will be made to the banks. In the interest of public safety, visitors to the area are asked not to enter the contractors work zone and to keep dogs under control at all times.

Center Manager Leaves Baddow Club
