The re-built Marconi Social Club in Beehive Lane, Great Baddow is now re-open and looking for new members.
There really is something for everyone at the ‘new look’
Marconi's. The club’s main hall (pictured above) is one of the largest wooden sprung dance floors in
Essex. Throughout the week there are dance classes for latin and ballroom, modern
jive, line dancing, salsa and on a Friday afternoon - a tea dance.
There are all-weather tennis courts, squash courts and snooker
tables and a members bar serving discounted drinks. Other activities include
Zumba fitness classes and bowls. Membership starts at £20 per year for a social
member.
